The Process
Start with Crust Leather
Use crust leather-dyed or undyed. Our paste gives full coverage either way, making dyeing optional and reducing water and chemical use when skipped.
Apply by Spray
Ready-to-use and optimized for spray application. One coat delivers a consistent metallic or matte finish with excellent surface uniformity.
Allow to Dry, Then Plate
After spraying, allow the leather to dry thoroughly. Once dry, cure the finish using heat and pressure in a standard tannery plating press. The product remains Cr(VI)-safe on chrome leather.
Ready to Ship
Once plated, the leather is fully finished-no sealing or topcoats needed. Durable, high-impact, and export-ready.
